Shipping and Returns

Ordering Information

  • When you place an order, we will ship it following credit card approval, within 2 business days (48 hours). We do not process orders over the weekend.
  • If we are out of stock on a particular item, we will contact you within 2 business days of receiving your order to provide specific information relative to your back order item. You may cancel a backorder at any time prior to shipping.

Shipping Information

  • Genesee uses UPS for all shipping.  UPS makes no guarantee on deliveries. 
  • UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. If you require your order to be shipped directly to a PO Box, please contact us directly at Brewhousewebstore@fifco.com

Standard Delivery Time

  • 2-7 business days from time order was fulfilled.

Returns and Exchanges

    • A receipt/ order information is required for any refunds. If you do not have a receipt, you may receive store credit (gift card) or exchange for an equal or lesser valued item.
    • We can only accept returns within 90 days of purchase. If you are trying to make a return without a receipt, you may receive store credit or exchange IF the item you are returning is something we are currently selling / in stock.
