When you place an order, we will ship it following credit card approval, within 2 business days (48 hours). We do not process orders over the weekend.
If we are out of stock on a particular item, we will contact you within 2 business days of receiving your order to provide specific information relative to your back order item. You may cancel a backorder at any time prior to shipping.

Genesee uses UPS for all shipping. UPS makes no guarantee on deliveries.
UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. If you require your order to be shipped directly to a PO Box, please contact us directly at Brewhousewebstore@fifco.com

Returns and Exchanges
A receipt/ order information is required for any refunds. If you do not have a receipt, you may receive store credit (gift card) or exchange for an equal or lesser valued item.
We can only accept returns within 90 days of purchase. If you are trying to make a return without a receipt, you may receive store credit or exchange IF the item you are returning is something we are currently selling / in stock.
