Curbside Pickup

The Genesee Brew House is now offering curbside pickup! Simply place your order online and choose the option to pick up when checking out.

We aim to have all orders ready within 24 hours. You will be notified via email when your order is ready for pickup, so please do not head to the store before then!

Please note: Our pickup times are currently only available during these days / hours:

Monday - Sunday: 11am - 9pm

REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY:

• A receipt/ order information is required for any refunds. If you do not have a receipt, you may receive store credit (gift card) or exchange for an equal or lesser valued item.

• If the item is damaged upon receipt, please email us at brewhousewebstore@fifco.com.

• We can only accept returns within 90 days of purchase. If you are trying to make a return without a receipt, you may receive store credit or exchange IF the item you are returning is something we are currently selling, or if the item has a tag on it.
